This role works under minimal direction, relying on experience and judgment to ensure the appropriate level of quality is incorporated into our customer implementations. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiencies with a highly collaborative approach, exhibiting excellent problem solving, organizational and social skills.To be successful in the role you:Define a successful test strategyImplement test scenarios in a continuous integration environmentReport on testing progressAutomate and implement test scenariosAnalyze business requirements and build test scenarios based on thatImplement tests using both manual testing and automationWrite test cases and test resultsRecommend functional decisions based on test results reportsWorks closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results.Actively participate in internal defect triage callsAssist customer with UAT planning and execution as neededAssist with UAT defect triage callsMaintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and customer collaborators via status/metrics reportsDocument and communicate QA-related risks to Project ManagementInteract, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phaseAbility to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day work as needed without compromising standard methodologies and qualityDegree or equivalent proven experience required.
