The role holder has the prime responsibility in managing, coordinating and directing the activities related to the section, and also coordinating with other groups, sections & departments within the organization in order to implement the company?s policy and improving the level of emergency response, security and related awareness among the employees, securing the company?s preparedness for emergency handling, fire detection, mitigation & prevention and establishing, implementing & implementing security policy & procedures.The role holder shall ensure the coordination with the concerned parties/ authorities (i.e. Industrial City Authority, Civil Defense, Police, etc.) on all issues related to the emergency response, gate-pass and security that are associated with the company. The role holder will also be participated with the other neighboring companies for the mutual-aid, Emergency Mitigation and drills. Participate in lost time accident investigation as when required/ relevant.The role holder shall support requirements for the implementation of various training program, ensure that training provided to the staff and also develop training programs of Qatari Nationals for the relevant role in the section.
