Employment: Full Time Required to join a leading international consultancy the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of large projects of high complexity, including team management, schedule and cost control, quality management, risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities includeLead the delivery of Operation & Maintenance management services for PMC programs across the organisation, including the management of contractors, provision of O&M PMC services to clients, etc.Oversee the development of program management policies and procedures.Provide input on capacity and capability required to deliver O&M PMC projects.Coordinate for the estimation of project delivery cost estimates for the supervision staff on O&M PMC projects, respectively. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should meet the following criteriaA Bachelor in Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.20 + years post graduate experienceExpertise in development & implementation of O&M policies & proceduresExperience in developing O&M Service Level Agreements and linking these to KPIsDeveloping bottom-up O&M budgets (both in-house as well as from Contractor perspective).Has experience in managing mega O&M (FM) projects.Has demonstrated an overall knowledge of project planning and execution management.A Saudi National is required for this position
