Job Description

WE ARE HIRING A MARKETING MANAGER ( IN CHARGE OF DIGITAL )

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Develop directly quarterly and yearly e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and levers (Direct and Indirect)
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Maintain a segmented guests database
    • Handle the CRM and email Marketing with the third party tool (monitor with headoffice)
    • Analysis of emailing campaigns results
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Build the SEO strategy
    • Review Metasearch websites content
    • Run and optimize Metasearch Premium
    • Ensure Accor App visibility and usage uplift across the hotel
