Responsibilities:Understand the NTV (Non-Tactical Vehicles) services contract and SOW.Understand the service requirement for managing the fleet of vehicles.Liaise with the current NTV coordinator to understand reporting, service coordination between provider and Company.Understand the current departments in which services are being rendered by the Company.. Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers. Maintaining day to day staff performance and resolve staff issues, relationship building with client representatives.Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that need improvements.Responding to complaints and resolving issues, creating positive morale for the Company employees. Bahrain Driving License is essential to substantiate this role.
