Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess company performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget and forecasts in alignment with corporate objectives.
Monitor financial performance versus budget, analyzing and reporting variances.

Ensure effective cost control across departments, focusing on maintaining luxury standards while optimizing operational efficiency.
Analyze cost structures to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures without impacting brand quality.

Manage financial aspects of inventory and stock, including valuation, optimization, and alignment with product demand cycles.
Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting on inventory.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and profitability.

Oversee cash flow management and optimize liquidity to meet short-term and long-term objectives, especially during key sales periods.
Monitor working capital requirements and implement strategies to improve cash flow.

Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights into KPIs, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Act as a key point of contact for the finance department in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Work closely with the executive team to provide financial guidance on long-term plans and investments.
Support strategic initiatives with financial insights, projections, and scenario modeling.
