POSITION OVERVIEW: To supervise the Janitorial, Kitchen assistance staff, helpers, F&B and stewarding teams in performing duties and associated tasks. Work will be performed in accordance with the services contracts and within the framework of existing schedules.COMPETENCIES:? Good communication skills? Good organizational skills? Able to supervise staff? Use own initiative and be proactiveGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:? Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding the staff performance in various projects.? Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.? Ensure the timely reporting of duty at sites and managing site roasters.? Act as a communication bridge between client, management and staff.? Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.? Gaining new opportunities in existing and new projects.? Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.? Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.? Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE and grooming is as per hospitality standards.Bahrain Driving Licence is Plus.
