  • Be the lead waiter on serving for VIPs, acting as the captain accordingly
  • Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
  • Ensure the restaurant is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation?
  • Direct the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
  • Ensure that all new joiners for Waiter /Server position are trained well and have received adequate training grade to perform their duties independently??
