General Description of Role & Responsibilities:? Manage the administration of on-going Contracts, including monitoring progress of the Projects and compliance with the Contract documents.? Ensure that necessary records are kept ensuring the effective administration of the contract? Advise management of ways to limit any potential claims deriving from the failure to adhere to contract terms and conditions.? Manage the review of contractual notices of claims and providing contractual advice to the Projectteams? Review all contract documents to ensure consistency and to minimize ambiguities.? Ensure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained.? Manage contractual changes and claims in accordance with the provisions of the contract? Assist in the preparation of Monthly Progress and any ad-hoc Reports
