Collecting the orders from sales rep.Prepare vendors POs for each of them and applying the prober discounts and negotiating to get the best.Revise the Order confirmation and compare with our prices for each item.Send the expiry to the sales reps and to confirm for each order.Filter the order as per the needed expires and send confirmation to vendorsHandle the shipment with vendor and follow with freight forwarders (shipping agents) and carriers (Air lines and sea lines).Handle with Clearance team and provide them with all the needed documents that will help to clear the shipments ASAP.Help concerned person to get MOH approvals for systems shipments.Help Clearance team in getting ministries approvals like National security if needed
