About the Job:?We are looking for?Pharmacist?Interested in?HRConsult, Create and implement with Management and other leadership to identify OD programs to support organization goals.Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance target.Support with talent assessment, providing coaching session and analysis.Lead employee?s engagement activities.Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organization goals.Work Conditions:6 Days a week.Working Hours: 8 h/day from 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
