Job Description

  • Customer Success:-
  1. Handles clients feedback.
  2. Responsible to handle all contact info of all clients on internal database.
  3. Makes sure client feels settled.
  4. Educates clients on new services.
  5. Finds new ways to deepen client relationship.
  6. Reports any negative/positive feedback.
  7. Establishes, develops and maintains positive client relationships in all lines of service
  8. Creates plans to address clients? business needs
  • Social media:
Manages work of social media consultant (outsourced for now) who will be responsible to:
  1. Create consistent social media content across platforms.
  2. Execute social media campaigns.
  3. Optimize company pages on social media platforms to increase visibility.
  4. Gathers and analyses social data/metrics and optimizes based on information.
  • Website:-
  1. Ensures all client logos are updated on websites
  2. Ensures Keys Payroll staff photos are updated with all current employees
  3. Relooks at all four website writeups, suggests amendments where necessary.
  4. Checks all telephone numbers, email addresses and maps and ensures links between websites are all working.
  • Newsletters:
  1. Generate newsletters
  2. Obtains approval from clients to add contacts on newsletter on Mailchimp.
  3. Creates and updates client database including contacts emails and any changes
