By anticipating guest need and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services. - Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays. - Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately. - Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty. - Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation. - Perform other job-related duties as requested.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- 6 months of guest service experience. - High School Diploma or equivalent.PREFERRED:- Previous experience working in a resort setting.Location:Las Vegas, NevadaMGM Resorts International develops, builds and operates unique destination resorts designed to provide a total resort experience, including first-class accommodations and dining, world-class entertainment, state-of-the-art meeting and convention facilities, and high-quality retail and gaming experiences.
