Auto Spare Parts Team LeaderJob Location: Kuwait CityDescription :?Monitors the parts inventory and anticipates parts needs in light of future promotions, new model years, trends, and suggested stock orders?Reviews spare parts demand forecast based on the analysis of historical data and submits to department manager?Monitors and manages all technical support for spare parts and service?Responsible for the overall performance of the spare parts team such as on-time delivery, stock replenishment rate, repair order fill rate and submits the report to the superior with suggestions on opportunities for improvement?Manages the stocking policy and ensures replenishment of line items as necessary based on demand?Responsible for separation of all warranty parts ensuring they are tagged with date / customer name?Provides necessary guidance to the team in the sales of spare parts and accessories through expeditious identification of parts?Communicates with customers, sales staff and all other personnel with spare parts related technical questions?Responsible to Increase spare parts sales by suggesting other needed components required for a specific maintenance task?Works with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs?Reviews repetitive parts issues to resolve potential process and delivery process to service centers in terms of & Estimated time of arrival (ETA)?Ensures invoice returns to suppliers and supervises the inspection of defective parts or items received?Reviews supplier evaluation for quality of parts or consumables, cost, speed of delivery and payment conditions and submits the report to department manager?Reviews all analysis reports and monitors record keeping of store orders, purchase orders and other legal documents?Performs other duties as required and assignedRequirements:?Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering?Minimum Experience: 6-9 years in similar position in similar industry?Must have excellent English communication skills
