Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for conducting sales and delivering exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and concerns regarding Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons? medical devices. Offer, promote MNH products and ensure customers make the most informed buying decisions possible, while complying with Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons policies and procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Implement the LCS Department?s set policies and procedures and comply with the Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Sons other policies.
Sales & Application Specialist ActivitiesProduct Knowledge and Promotion
Continuously promote and expand the knowledge of the company?s LCS department product lines in hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
Answer all questions accurately and address all concerns that the customer may have regarding any of Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery Medical Product Line up.
Stay informed about product updates, new features, and advancements in technology related to the products.
Customer Engagement and Sales
Assess customer needs and lead customers to making the correct decisions regarding which product is the right choice for their specific needs.
Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned products.
Offer MNH products to new customers and maintain close relationships with important leads for future sales opportunities.
Log customer contact information and share it with LCS service team and management for follow up when needed.
Product Demonstration and Application Support
Demonstrate product functionality accurately, completely, and competently and in line with Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery Policies and Procedures.
Provide on-site and remote assistance in the installation and calibration of the assigned product lines at healthcare facilities.
Communicate all the needed technical specifications to customers to ensure their awareness of best practices in using the products.
Serve as a point of contact for customers experiencing issues using MNH products, intervene by providing user support or coordinate with the service department when technical support is required.
Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and physicians, on the proper use and maintenance of MNH products.
Develop training materials and documentation to support training initiatives in medical facilities.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
Reports
Prepare and submit reports to the LCS management when required.
