ReceptionistJob Location : KuwaitResponsibilities:•Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.•Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.•Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.•Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.•Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.•Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.•Handle inquiries and provide information about the agencys services.•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.•Assist in the onboarding process by preparing materials for new hires.•Support the team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.Preferred Candidate:•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.•Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.•Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.•Positive attitude and a customer-service-oriented mindset.•Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.•Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
