Job Description

The E-commerce Content Management Administrator essentially serves as a bridge between the technical aspects of the e-commerce platform and the business needs of the organization. Plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and secure online shopping experience for customers while supporting the goals of the business.Responsibilities:Product Information Management (PIM):

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
  • Ensure consistency in product data across the website to provide a cohesive and reliable shopping experience.
Catalog Organization:
  • Create and manage product categories and subcategories for easy navigation.
  • Implement a logical and user-friendly structure to help customers find products efficiently.
Image and Multimedia Management:
  • Upload and optimize product images to enhance visual appeal.
  • Manage multimedia elements such as videos or interactive content to provide a rich user experience.
Content Scheduling:
  • Schedule and coordinate the release of new products, promotions, or content updates.
  • Implement timed releases for marketing campaigns or seasonal promotions.
Content Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information.
