Job Description

  • Execution of the marketing plan in accordance with the budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities including samples of work done, costs, achievements, competitive activity, and measurement of results.
  • Proactively give feedback to the management on marketing activities to help fine tune marketing activities.
  • Enhance customer experience by maintaining an appropriate brand image through customer service, store visual display, marketing material and signage.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with the implementation of the marketing campaign and plans.
  • Assist the sales team in implementing the marketing plan, specifically events and activities.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers, advertising, and PR agency.
  • Managing social media campaigns and monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and presenting this data in an easy-to-understand format
  • Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, and newsletters?. etc.
  • Execute branding plans to enhance brand reputation.
  • Support the use of technologies, electronic tools, and devices.
  • Maintain organization?s social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
