Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst / Business Development Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in banking, investments, auditing, feasibilities, business development, research, and restructuring. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent command of the English language.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and investment evaluations to support business decisions.
  • Perform comprehensive audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Develop and assess financial feasibilities for new business opportunities and investments.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying potential growth areas and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in corporate restructuring efforts, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master?s degree preferred).
  • 5-6 years of experience in banking, investments, auditing, and business development.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in banking, investments, and auditing.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies and business case analysis.
