Job Description

Main Duties and Activities:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns and trends involves using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, and develop technical solutions to address those requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business intelligence initiatives with broader technology and business strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, and optimize data processing and reporting performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality and availability, and develop strategies to improve data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Ensuring that data is protected and secured throughout the data analytics process, from data collection to analysis and storage.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to data analytics and RPA, such as data dictionaries, process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as software vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • A Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required for this role.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the related field, preferable within the industry in which the organization operations.
