SAP PMO Consultant

We are looking for an SAP PMO Consultant to work with one of our clients in a Permanent Position in Kuwait.Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage project management processes and procedures to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the organizations standards.
Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all project milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management on project status, including tracking project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project risks and issues.
Manage project budgets and resource allocations, working closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure that all project costs are accurately tracked and accounted for.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, working with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
Provide support and guidance to project managers, helping them to manage their projects effectively and providing coaching and mentoring as required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PMO, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience of working in at-least 2 full cycle SAP S/4HANA Implementation projects
Experience in reporting and tracking project progress, with a good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and patterns.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
Experience in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar
