We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling IT Software solutions, In-house developed applications. As our Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth.Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of IT Software Sales- Be familiar with IT Software Solutions- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Software applications.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.Qualifications- Proven track record in Software sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.- Strong knowledge of IT Software Solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.- Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as part of a team.- Familiarity with the Kuwait software market and its business requirements- Previous experience selling enterprise IT software solutions or applications- Knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends related to Software technologies- Have a valid transferable Kuwaiti residence- Prefer to have a driving licenseIf you have a passion for sales in the field of Software Technologies, and delivering value to clients, we would love to hear from you.To apply, please submit your resume, along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you believe you are the right fit for this role, to the email id: [Confidential Information]
