The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also work closely with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, prepare and deliver technical presentations, and demonstrate products to potential customers.Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
  • Prior experience in technical sales or support
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in the trading industry is a plus
