The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, medical terminology, typing, and communication with patients.Qualifications

  • Patient registration and insurance verification skills
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both patients and colleagues
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software
  • Knowledge of medical coding and billing
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
