Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a friendly and organized Gym Receptionist to join our fitness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our gym members and visitors. The Gym Receptionist will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the gym, and will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general information about the gym.Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and visitors as they enter the gym.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the gyms calendar Process membership applications and payments
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized
  • Assist members with questions or concerns Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and gym equipment
  • Passion for fitness and healthy living
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
