A large lretail group is looking to hire a Facilities Manager to be based in Kuwait. The incumbent would be required to manage the entire scope of facilities management including MEP/ hard services, soft services and security, general minatenance, HVAC, as well as managing external vendors and suppliers.? MEP ? Knowledge mandatory ( Able to read auto cad drawings )? Electrical ? Knowledge of electrical load calculations and scheduling.? A/C ? AHU maintenance knowledge .? Would have handled operations technical details related to CCTV ? PA system and security system.? Sound knowledge related to civil works ( Plumbing etc)? Vendor handling, purchase related knowledge ( RFP/ RFQ )
