Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for all security tasks between IT and Information Security Department Teams

• The role demands that the personnel is knowledgeable to understand ground level limitations and drive cyber security excellence within IT
• The IT Cyber Security Manager is responsible to monitor Cyber Security Performance Indicators and shall report Trends to Top Management
• The IT Cyber Security Manager shall drive cyber security awareness and establish protocols for continuous learning within the department
• Drive Information Security Awareness across the IT Departments
• Manage Information Security Metrics established for the department
• Act as a liaison between IT Departments and the Banks Information Security Division
• Manage and own IT DR resiliency and put forth a comprehensive IT DR plan for the bank in conjunction with BCP team.
• Manage various security compliance initiatives such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, CBK CSF when it relates to the security related.
• Manage the risk index indicator and ensure that challenges are resolved.
• Ensure that security pre-assessments are monitored and reviewed before sharing with the information security department, to minimize the security findings.
• Creating weekly, monthly and periodic reports to the head of the department and division
• Assisting with the team leading and coaching
• Attending cross departments meeting to maintain the security cycle.
• Provide guidance in the creation of action plans and assist IT owner to develop remediating action plans
• The ability to lead and manage Zero-Day vulnerabilities in a timely manner

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or any equivalent
• 8 years and above of progressive related experience preferably in Banking industry
• Excellent Communication Skills, written and spoken.
• Candidate should have sufficient experience in working on Information Security Solutions (Patch Management / Scanning tools).
• The comprehension of MS Active Directory.
• Knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS

• Sufficient Knowledge of computer software
• SDLC and ITIL Framework knowledge.
• Leadership Skills
• Technical skills, problem solving and takes initiative.
• Ability to work with cross-organizational and cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
• Systems support and implementation background.
• Masters degree such as MBA or related certification is a plus.
