Job Description

GAC Kuwait is looking for candidates for the role of Customs Clearance Supervisor to be based in Kuwait. Could it be youGAC KUWAIT employs over 70 experts delivering a wide range of integrated shipping, logistics, and marine services. We apply the highest standard of customer services to everything we do.We are currently looking to hire a Customs Clearance Supervisor to join our Freight team.

  • Coordinate with the Operations team and concerned customers to timely expedite customs clearance procedures and documentation
  • Plan shipment deliveries and pick-ups
  • Process documents and payments for customs clearance
  • Liaise with Government departments to fulfill operational requirements and Ministry approvals
  • Collect, evaluate, and process shipping documents for customs clearance purposes
  • Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)
Job Requirements
  • Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customs clearance work
  • Knowledge of customs clearance formalities and regulations
  • BA Degree (preferable), Highschool graduate (minimum)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Kuwait light driving license
