The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Implementation Division in the Digital Finance Department. This department is responsible for coordinating, developing, and managing information systems used in financial accounting, treasury, financial planning and forecasting, performance management, and digital solutions for the Finance Business line. The systems encompass various business cycles in SAP, including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Build to Dispose, Plan to Results, and Hire to Retire. In addition to standard SAP applications, we utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Advanced Analytics technologies such as SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Our team consists of multidisciplinary professionals with expertise in Financial Applications and IT.The Digital Finance Department is also leading the Finance digital transformation program, aiming to enhance major processes aligned with our Finance objectives. This includes strategy management and execution, financial planning, analysis and performance management, global affiliates governance, and preparing the Finance workforce for the digital era.As a senior business systems analyst, your primary role will involve driving end-to-end digital transformations across business processes, technology, and people readiness dimensions. You will create value by optimizing and transforming our business processes, identifying opportunities, gathering business requirements, translating them into system specifications, developing process maps, supporting and maintaining relevant applications as assigned by management, and fostering strong relationships with the user community, IT, Corporate Digital organization, and Finance management.Responsibilities:

  • Work with different Finance users to support their business transformation efforts
  • Organize and facilitate workshops with users and consultants to document processes and drive transformation
  • Conduct process assessments and develop process maps
  • Identify business opportunities and propose innovative approaches for business processes
  • Lead the delivery and execution of key Finance transformation projects
  • Collaborate with business and technology groups to develop solutions through projects and programs
  • Perform problem-solving tasks, including root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for system-related issues
  • Maintain, support, and optimize digital solutions
  • Perform other assigned staff and analytical duties The successful candidate will:
  • Utilize a value-centric methodology to identify finance transformation opportunities using digital technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, and Blockchain
  • Apply industry best practices to successfully transform finance functions, improving effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ideate digital solutions, define the scope of transformation initiatives, collaborate with business owners to design business processes, facilitate the implementation of intelligent automation and other digital solutions, and coordinate change management for smooth deployment
  • Investigate and resolve systems issues to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and maintain digital solutions.
Requirements:
  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or a related discipline. Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) are preferred but not required.
  • Possess 10+ years of relevant experience in designing and managing financial systems, including at least 5 years of process improvement experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of working on large Finance Transformation programs and utilizing digital solutions like RPA and Advanced Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance is required, with experience in multiple SAP Finance implementations.
  • Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance processes in Controllership, Treasury, Corporate & Strategic Planning, Financial Performance & Analysis.
  • Experience in leading roles during multiple SAP implementation cycles for the Finance area.
  • Familiarity with SAP BPC and BW is desirable.
  • Highly desirable to have knowledge of RPA.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
