Lamborghini Kuwait is seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Executive to help develop our growing sales team and provide our customers with an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.Responsibilities Sell new & used cars and build a long term relationship with the dealership customers. Assist walk-in prospects with their inquiries and implement a proper evaluation by asking open ended questions. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Input all prospects and customer data information into the CRM. Ensure a proper follow up regarding payments and financing. Demonstrate all models to prospects, explaining their features and perform high quality test drives. Consult prospects during their car configuration. Participate and attend all events, engage with customers and acquire new prospects. Act as the brand ambassador, keep up to date with all the brand actualities. Complete all documentations and customer file related work in time. Contact customers for a post-delivery follow-up. Handle customer complaints. Report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Qualifications University degree. Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a strong team environment. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Positive attitude, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Excellent sales negotiation skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft office. Experience in prospecting and lead generation Previous experience in the luxury automotive industry.
