Job Description

SummaryYou will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Fitness Center & Spa is responsible to assist in providing hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved Fitness & Spa brand standards of performance and sequences of service. You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the Fitness Center & Spa, not just a visit. Qualifications

  • Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a supervisory position in a Fitness Center and Spa.
  • Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
