- Prepare monthly training activities- Follow-up with concerned HODs for OJT activities- Make sure that training activities are implemented as per ACCOR standards- Work with EAM/GM to have Personal Development Plan for all professional leaders- Responsible for INES training activities- Maintain the accuracy of talents data in Human Resources system- Provide monthly L&D report according to the approved outlines and standards- Update talents announcement boards- Other duties as assigned
