They are currently looking to recruit an IT Manager to be based in KhobarDuties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievancesDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures, and drive related automation via HRIS & Payroll unitEnhances the company human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources regulations, policies, programs, and practicesOversee Talent Management unit and performance appraisal cycle that drives high and positive work environment and performance that supports the company current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalEnsures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisorsDevelop and implement an employee induction program, evaluate employee relations and serve as an advisor for resolution of disputes.Gather and report reasons for resignations, discuss with upper management, re-strategize and mandate core Human Resources functions to ensure competitive candidates, compensation structure and work environmentAssess training needs, based on training needs analysis and performance appraisal outcome, to apply and monitor training programsSupports the company talent acquisition by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.Maintains the work structure by making sure job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are up-to-dateReview and approve changes insurance coverage, salary deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfersMaintains payroll information integrity by designing systems; directing employees time sheets collections, calculation, and entering of dataDirect payroll processing and ensure that payroll amounts are kept confidentialReview Payroll report(s) and resolve any discrepanciesEnsures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal and governmental requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and represent the company at labor office when and where requestedEnforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresRetains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current recordsCompletes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work resultsOversee and approve leave management, separation resignation or termination and final settlementsLeads, directs, evaluates and develops the HR team to ensure that the objectives are reachedIs responsible for the development, performance appraisal and succession planning of all direct and indirect reportsPromotes a highly effective management and leadership style in line with the company values that supports the achievement of its strategy and objectivesIdentifies potential successor for his/her position; oversees and implements developmental plans for identified successorsIdentifies and monitors key HR functional KPIs, and devises plans and initiatives for improvementPerforms miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration; an MBA is a plusMinimum of 10 years of experience in HR managementProfessional HR certification &/or Project Management in relevant areas is preferred.Strong knowledge of the equipment and rental industry with solid planning, execution, and implementation skillsStrong knowledge of HRD principles, management, theories, processes, and of employment contract administration and Saudi labor lawExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage teamsComputer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications. ERP knowledge is a plusSaudi Nationals preferredArabic language is a must
