Experience SpecialistAre you an upbeat, energizing storyteller who can work across teams to add an employee-experience perspective to everything the team does- including recruiting, onboarding, and post onboarding.We have just the job for you-˙Wipro is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to designing and executing employee experience framework and creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys) Designing approaches to communications. In this journey, to start with one will be responsible for driving attract and assimilate journey and ensure that key elements of the program are delivered with excellent experience across.As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers within specific business groups. Our goal is to own the operational backbone of a candidate?s journey through the attract to assimilate part. Along this journey, we strive to provide an inclusive, compelling, and authentic representation of Wipro for every candidate.

  • Understand, create, and implement candidate experience programs, campaigns, content, and tools that will engage Wipro?s global workforce.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Professionals through job descriptions, consistency in external posting, streamlining offer process, candidate connect, onboarding and post onboarding assimilation
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TA processes, compliance regulations, referral policies, background check classifications
  • Partner with Employee Experience, IT, and People Tech to ensure a smooth new hire handoff
  • Participate in special projects dedicated to innovation within the candidate experience space and focused on technical capabilities, engagement, onboarding, or data metrics.
  • Additional assignments as requested.
  • Act as the living embodiment of our cultural values. Your goal will be to ensure that our new hires receive information that?s relevant to them in an organized, consistent, and timely manner via channels that are easy to access, search and consume content from.
  • Collaborate with various business departments, both at a global and regional level, including HR,
  • Ensure that all the messaging is done with a diversity and inclusion lens to represent us as a globally diverse and inclusive brand.
  • Identify relevant communication channels (All Hands meetings, video messages, intranet, newsletters, blogs, internal social media tools (Yammer), team meetings, etc.) to ensure that all messaging reinforces our culture and that we have consistent, intentional themes weaved throughout communications.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach and work to deliver a highly engaging tactical plan that?s well integrated with APMEA strategy and objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and energizing Day-1 onboarding experiences to new hires, including leadership
  • Create and curate interactive/new age/experience and purpose-led onboarding sessions that bring the OneWipro story alive.
