Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Knowledge and Skills- Ability to provide succinct and accurate technical reports and presentations- Excellent knowledge of reading schematics and datasheets.- Highly pronounced analytical skills.- Knowledge in RF/Microwave, antenna and EM Theory, Proficiency in basic RF concepts such as impedance matching, smith chart, transmission line theory, link budget analysis.- Knowledge of and experience with EMI mitigation techniques.- Lab experience including use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers.- Proficiency with wireless test equipment, specifically RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, signal generators etc.- Skilled in Labview, MATLAB, C++, SPICE, ANSYS and EDA tools.- Strong knowledge in Analog, digital, and RF circuit design, microcontroller design, low-noise design, and power delivery design and ground bounce concepts.- Working knowledge of sensor and detection theories and technologies.- Working knowledge of wireless communications technologies, communication topologies, and RF front end architecture simulation and design.Communications and Working Relationships- Attend engineering and management meetings.- Excellent technical in English language (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).- Work with multifunctional engineering team.Health and Safety Responsibilities- Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.- Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and co-operate with his/her supervisors instructions.Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.- 0-3 years of experience in Electrical design.Additional InformationRequirements Of The Job - If Applicable- Must pass the " Technical Assessment" .- Physically fit.- The job of the Electrical Engineer requires local and international travel.
