Job Description

Contributes to the identification of Companywide Training Needs through the Annual IDP (Individual Development Plan) process. Responsible to Develop, Design and Deliver programs appropriate to the Training Needs. Researches and recommends potential external or internal services providers as instructed.Responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Develop the learning needs analysis, processes to plan and budget the training agenda.
  2. Work closely with Line Managers to identify and regularly review needs and skills gap.
  3. Develop a strong plan, design and deliver timely and targeted training solutions.
  4. Ensure training delivery matches objectives, operating plans, and complies with internal and external requirements (regulatory, legal, job specific etc.).
  5. Develop and maintain a list of recognized and certified trainers (internally and externally) to ensure delivery of training identified.
