Job Description
Identification of reliable sources of supply the value items (Gold/Silver), delivery at time and place required.
Negotiation with supplier to get lowest prices , Issuance of Purchase Orders after studding the proposal and the supplier?& follow up with supplier till ready for shipping Preparing import Permit via online application through MOI website for items need it.
Work with the Sales management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products.
Control over all correspondence with suppliers.
?Provide weekly reports for all open orders. { purchasing saving reports, supplier evaluation report (quality, delivery date , price ,cost vs. quality)}.
