We are looking for a Valve Workshop Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance and repair of various types of valves. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating with other departments to optimize workshop processes.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the valve workshop.Coordinate and lead a team of skilled technicians in valve maintenance and repair.Ensure compliance with safety standards and efficient workflow.Conduct quality control checks to guarantee the highest standards in valve servicing.Collaborate with other departments to optimize workshop processes.Prepare reports and receive faulty valves from customers.Operate and troubleshoot all auto and manual testing machines.Keep up to date with the latest API standards and certificates.RequirementsProven work experience as a Valve Workshop Supervisor or similar role.Experience with all hydraulic testing machines, such as lathe machine, drilling machine, etc.Knowledge of valve types, functions, and specifications.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and quality orientation.API certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.Minimum 05 years of experience in valve servicing or related field
