Static EngineerJob location : JubailRequirements :?10 years experience in refinery or petrochemical plants in the role of static engineer in maintenance or reliability departmentsDescription :?Assists with maintenance activities of static equipment in the plant?Establishes procedures and instructions required for maintenance of static equipment according to engineering principles and safety regulations.?Contribute to the development of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance plans and procedures for all static equipment, and provide technical expertise for static equipment maintenance activities, standards and procedures.?Reviews with vendor for required spares & services to ensure the equipment maintenance is not delayed because of lack of spare parts.?Participates in the decisions of replacing static equipment by giving technical evaluations.?Records and analyzes causes of equipment failure and recommends long-term remedy solutions.?Lead the Investigation team and conduct root cause analysis for major static equipment failures and troubleshoot various types of static equipment problems.?Develop the required technical studies, reports and reviews of all types of static equipment.?Develop and perform performance tests on all different types of static equipment, such as compressors and pumps etc.
