Plant InspectorJob Location : Jubail, Saudi ArabiaRequirements :?Minimum years of experience:- 7 years .Roles & Responsibilities:-?Perform Inspection activities on process unit equipment piping, columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers and storage tanks entails corrosion engineering, and maintain/update equipment inspection records and issue reports as required.?Inspect and review Quality Certificates pertaining different application of different equipment as per international standards.?Perform static equipment thickness calculation and evaluation, Heater, Heat Exchangers tube, tank & vessel shells strength calculations and evaluation in accordance with API codes.?Assist in preparing annual inspection plan for piping, static equipment, Insulation and Refractories.?Performs NDT tests, prepare reports and evaluate their performance, Corrosion, Erosion and Cracking.?Prepare inspection scope for static equipment during normal maintenance activity and turnaround.?Participate in shutdowns for ensuring the integrity of all equipment and piping by implementation of the recommendations?Inspect and review Relief valve / Pressure Relief Valve set pressure testing, thickness measurement, Hardness tests, MPI, MFL and RT reports?Assist in developing inspection procedures such as piping inspection procedure, NDT procedure and welding procedure, specification as per international standards and codes.?Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures.?Assist in reviewing project/design drawings with actual in field.?Assist to develop clean out / Inspection report during Turn Around and upload in data base software.Special Skills / Certifications:?Protective Coating Certificate (CSWIP-Painting or equivalent).?Certified as API inspector for piping (API-570) , pressure vessel (API-510) , Tanks (API-653).?Familiar with international codes such as ASME Section I, V, VIII and IX, ASME B31.3.?Knowledge of international codes/standards applicable to inspection (ASTM, API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ANSI etc,)
