IT Technician for our Oil & Gas, Refinery projectJob Location : JubailDescription :?Provide the 2nd level support for all types of technical issues?Ensure the resolution of incidents and problems within specific time constraints?Perform user management and routine system administration tasks?Respond to requests of other technical teams?Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues?Coordinate service activities with other Field Service Technicians?Maintain a test environment?Perform monitoring activities?Test all new releases and upgrades?Install, configure, optimize & maintain systems, applications?Maintain accurate and updated documentation?Constantly develop technical skills of local teams?Ensure link (SPOC) between level 2 and level 3 support teams?Define and develop maintenance oriented KPIs?Identify situations requiring urgent attention and escalate as appropriate?Coordinate deployments with other Operational Units and other teams?Provide feedback and contribute to improvement initiatives?Work outside business hours and availability for on call support depending on business requirements?Support/Lead new deployment when required?Providing IT system administration support to our client and operations?Manage systems running applications and database systems including storage, monitoring & backup responsibilities?Operate solutions and systems using industry standard tools (Puppet, Nagios, Splunk).?Perform security maintenance on the system in line with the company?s global policies?Maintain the CMDB of all IT related items?Configure and operate the solution monitoring tools?Report on system health and escalate issues if needed?Maintain the DRP location and support the SLA enforcement of the solution?Manage IT vendor contracts?Perform capacity planning, system patching, backupsRequirements :?have IT/OT and IOT experience.?Previous work experience in Aramco project, are preferred.
