HSE TrainerJob Location : JubailRequirements:?Educated or suitably experienced in a relevant engineering-based discipline (ideally a member of a professional body) with a breadth and depth of proven experience in engineering projects.?Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation Safety qualification (such as NEBOSH IGC (Minimum) and IDIP or equivalent engineering qualification.?Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to gain support and commitment from a wider learning group (preferably should be able to have an IELTS score of band 7).?In-depth knowledge of relevant engineering policies, procedures, and legislation, including management of safety.?A minimum of 3-4 years? experience as a Health & Safety Practitioner and/or HSE training delivery Deliver accredited and in-house Health and Safety Training e.g., NEBOSH Courses, IOSH Managing Safely, Risk Assessment, Working at Heights, and First Aid, etc.?Complete and mark assessments (as and when necessary) Conducting training courses in-house for corporate clients and from time to time may be required to deliver training offsite.?Preparing all paperwork and handouts for your training events Communicate with the Lead trainer / Management to provide reports on required training and training progress.?Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Excel Should be capable of performing site based HSE audits.?Improve and adapt existing training programs for delivery and efficiency.?Work independently or direct a multidisciplinary team of individuals.?Only NEBOSH-approved trainers need to apply! NEBOSH IGC?Minimum of 3-4 years of HSE work experience.
