CM TechnicianJob Location : JubailRequirements:?10 years experience in refinery or petrochemical plants in the role of condition monitoring in maintenance or reliability departmentsDescription :?Perform vibration analysis (steady state, transient, vortex shedding, slug, water hammer)?Plan and execute testing activities of Rotating equipment in the plant?Establishes procedures and instructions required for maintenance of rotating equipment according to engineering principles and safety regulations.?Assist in developing Maintenance procedures for special rotating equipment?s?Assist in developing Predictive and Preventive Maintenance plans and procedures for all rotating equipment, and provide technical expertise for rotating equipment maintenance activities, standards and procedures.?Witness / Tests newly installed Rotating equipment to ensure to fulfil requirement of supplied equipment specifications / PM program.?Reviews with vendor for required spares & services to ensure the equipment maintenance is not delayed because of lack of spare parts.?Participate with the Investigation team and conduct root cause analysis for major rotating equipment failures and troubleshoot various types of rotating equipment problems.?Assist in design packages for any upgrade changes in the plant rotary equipment?s?Develop and review Operating Instruction Manuals for new rotary equipment or systems.?Perform vibration analysis (steady state, transient, vortex shedding, slug, water hammer)
