Venue Manager - Caprice BarAt Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, exceptional service and flavours are the hallmarks of every dining experience. As Outlet Manager, your leadership and passion for guest service will drive outstanding operating results and ensure your Outlet is both a preferred dining destination and workplace.Hotel Overview: The Fairmont Amman will feature 317 luxurious guestrooms and suites including Fairmont Gold, the brands hotel within a hotel featuring amenities such as private reception and guest lounge. The hotels food and beverage offerings will provide unique concepts designed to add flair and sophistication to an already exciting city.Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedHandle guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyTo assist in the recruitment and training of F&B ColleaguesBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotionsHave full knowledge of all Outlet menusManage the departmental budgetFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience requiredPrevious Point of Sale System experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesVisa REQUIREMENTS: Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Jordan.Apply Today: Whether youre launching your career or seeking meaningful employmentAbout Fairmont Hotels & ResortsAt Fairmont Hotels & Resorts we offer our guests the finest hospitality experience in each of our destinations.
