To provide a comprehensive range of requirement gathering for all types of customers.Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and business requirements; developing usage scenarios, use cases.Develop the stakeholder?s requirements using UML use cases, Business Modelling Diagrams as applicableUnderstands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goalsDocument the requirements utilizing the Software Requirements Specification / Business Modelling document as applicable.Driving a shared solutions vision, while managing customer expectations.Identifying overall components design and managing the functional specification and building user interface design.Work with other team members to assure satisfying all in scope and approved client requirementsCreate the traceability matrix and the glossary as needed.REQUIREMENTS:Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis FieldVery Good communication skills, both in terms of expressing themselves verbally and in writing.Skilled in conducting needs analysis and documenting requirements, drafting project proposals, and coordinating project activitiesStrong technical background with a full understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) methodology.* Familiarity with at least one of the major Operating Systems (i.e., MS Windows, Linux or UNIX).BENEFITS
