The main responsibility for the role of the senior IM (Information Management) will be supporting the different project teams under the lead of the Camp Manager in the digitalisation project of the cash for work activities, in addition to data collection and processing, data analysis, information presentation and reporting. The role should take the lead in the further development and design of a management information system (MIS) using survey CTO where the goal is fully digitalise the attendance sheet taking of the workers, in addition to have an interactive DASHBOARD that can present all beneficiaries information and other relevant project information. The selected candidate is given the opportunity to have exposure and gain experience in other programme related tasks and activities. The role is based in Zaatari camp and will coordinate and support the collection, documentation, and analysis of data, key research documents, publications, and reports in coordination with program teams in Za?atari Camp, Host Communities, and Amman office.Our role will require a range of skills and experience.EssentialDemonstrative ability to manage, design and develop Management Information Systems (MIS) minimum in Excel. Expert in excel required. (Excel should not have any secrets for you). * Experience or excellent understanding on digitalization and centralization of work processes and information flow.* Knowledge of information management information flow including development of practices and procedures.* Excellent communication and writing skills in English.* Strong organisational and personal management skills. Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise work issues to meet deadlines while coordinating with others.* Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships and work in complex teams/groups* Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to understand complex issues and information from different sources and present this clearly and simply* Ability to work creatively, effectively and in an innovative manner and to identify and develop new ideas to further Oxfam?s WASH objectives.* Excellent communication skills, in written and verbal English and Arabic.* A range of interpersonal skills are used daily to perform activities such as listening, asking questions, and providing information and direction to others. ? Most significant contacts are supervisors, executive, and departmental staff to understand the request for informationDesirableEducation:* A degree in a subject related to information management, MIS, BIS.Experience:* At least 3 years of experience working in the information management (IM), Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning field or WASH sector in Jordan in topics related to water, solid waste management, and/or climate change and sustainable development.* Previous experience in working with INGOs is preferable.* Knowledge of the WASH Sector in Jordan.* Experience in project implementation in Jordan, with a focus on camp (Zaatari) and/or Host Community (Mafraq governate).* Knowledge and experience of Solid Waste management in Jordan and recycling value chain.* Experience in CFW modality following the Sector CFW Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).* Experience or knowledge in community engagement, awareness raising or behaviour change.Useful informationContract Length: 1 yearBenefits: Oxfam offers staff a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave entitlements, sick pay provision, medical cover plus opportunities for learning and development, part-time option, flexible working hours.
