Job Description

Job Title He/she ensures incoming calls are answered in professional & courteous manner. Follows up on the implementation of all reservation procedures & guests requests in line with company?s requirements.Reservation Supervisor has strong product knowledge of the property and ensures that proper selling techniques are used to sell the hotel. This involves high degree of accurate communication skills and follow up. Close co-ordination between all involved departments, e.g. Front Office, Food and Beverage Spa regarding regular and especially irregular guest needsWhat you will be doing:The responsibilities of this post include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling of all reservations by telephone, fax, email
  • Ensure all incoming reservation (fax, email, phone) are replied within 24 hours
  • Updating reservations in the PMS received via CRS System and any other website
  • Maintain and develop guest contact
  • Apply company credit policy
  • Pass on sales leads to Sales managers
  • Pro-actively try to cross-sell (F&B, Spa, etc.) and up-sell room types
  • Efficient and complete communication with all other departments, especially front desk, accounting and sales
  • To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel?s Employee rules & regulations
  • Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management
