Job Description

Experience in supervising the implementation of installation work for aluminum and glass systems projects, with no less than 4 years of experience. Holder of a Bachelor?s degree in civil or architectural engineering and proficiency in using AutoCAD and Office programs.

  1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  2. Engineering Design: Lead and participate in the design and development phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Resource Management: Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance and cost-efficiency.
  4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct inspections and quality checks as needed.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and take proactive measures to address issues as they arise.
  6. Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and reports on progress, challenges, and achievements.
