Number: 152573 Salary 636 - 636 JOD Citizenships Jordan Residence Country Jordan Years of Experience 2 - 2Pharmacist - Mafraq LocationLocationAl MafraqJobPurpose:* Responsible for medication management, pharmacy, inventory, and prescriptions.* Prepare medication purchase request to supply IRJ with medications from the supplier* Prepare medications for use in the clinic by requesting medications from the main store* Review and interpret physician orders; detect therapeutic incompatibilities and review doses.* Dispense medications and provide written and verbal instructions to patients.* Provide proper patient education to patients* Maintain the patient prescription and medication batches and ensure the proper identification papers and other pertinent information are attached to them by the end of the day* Aid physicians as required during treatment and examination.* Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.* Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.* Conduct weekly checks on supply materials in the clinics and prepare their restocking from the main store to the clinic* Receive medication purchases from the supplier* Ability to provide reports on cases, medications, and analysis.* Make sure that all beneficiaries are aware of the donor and the health assistance data.* Continuously update the work plan with the officers and assistants according to locations, medication stocks, and procurement issues* Work with the team for beneficiaries? feedback analysis and surveys.* Provide health awareness sessions as needed for the beneficiaries and staff as needed and requested.* Assist in monthly, quarterly, interim, and final project reports* Contribute to any research, knowledge sharing and generation function* Reporting to health officers* Performing other related duties as may be assigned by IRJ programs.* University degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.* Minimum 2 years of professional experience* NGO?s sector experience is preferable* Valid MoH pharmacy practice license.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word* Positive and energetic attitude with a can do mentality and willingness to perform highly demanding as well as menial tasks with equal zeal and enthusiasm.* Work under pressure* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Have excellent management for storage, medical warehousing, and medical orders.* Ability to follow up with patients and ensure receiving good quality service.Technicalskillsand experience:* Strong Analysis skills of the needs, social and political context.* Strong Communication and Listening Skills.* High documentation skills.* A Genuine Desire to Help People.* Good Humanitarian Experiences especially with refugees.* Reliable medical knowledge and medications experience.* Understanding of humanitarian contexts and principles.* Understanding of Islamic relief values and principles.* Good understanding of humanitarian issues, with experience of/or ability to work directly with NGOs, CBO?s and communities.* Knowledge of Jordan key aspects in terms of its political, economic and social trends plus a good understanding of the key development and humanitarian issues in the region.* Sympathy with the aims and objectives of the organization and a commitment to humanitarian principles and INGOs code of conduct.* Demonstrated experience of integrated gender and diversity into humanitarian response programs.* Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.* Ability to operate effectively across organizational boundaries and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural environment.* Ability to effectively influence and liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of and in line with Organizational beliefs.* Make sure that all beneficiaries are aware of the donor and the health assistance details terms.* Responsible to maintain all beneficiaries? record.* Demonstrated ability at being flexible and adapt to changing situations.* The ability to remain calm while dealing with conflicting priorities and working under pressure.* Operating safely and securely in humanitarian response.* High-level interpersonal, influencing and communications skills.* Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.Company: Industry: Non-Profit and Social Services Job Location: Mafraq, Jordan Career Level: Junior (With some experience in the field) Date Posted: 03-08-2022 Ref.
