As a Manager - Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O), youll use your analytical skills and Supply Chain experience to manage client engagement teams that develop and deliver solutions across the SC&O landscape, from planning and procurement through manufacturing and distribution, as part of our Performance Improvement (PI) team. In return, youll receive all the training you need to solve some of the most complex business issues around.Your key responsibilities-Youre likely to spend most of your time directly influencing and engaging our clients, while coaching and developing your team, ensuring the right professionals are always there to help resolve our clients issues.-You will also identify and mitigate potential risks, while leveraging opportunities to make our products and services better.-Well also look to you to improve performance by identifying areas for development within our current processes and practices.-Youll be working on complex projects for some of the most well-known clients across multiple industries. REQUIREMENTS: Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role, you must have-Minimum of 5 years of work experience in one or more of the Supply Chain & Operations focus areas mentioned above, with a proven track record of transformational experience to achieve positive outcomes and change in the organization-A bachelors degree with an emphasis on Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics with strong academic records-Track record of success in delivering Supply Chain & Operations Advisory work with a major business transformation consulting firm (e.g. PWC, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, etc.)-Strong general analytical and problem-solving capabilities-Experience managing staff on individual projects and providing direction to team members-Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions-Excellent oral and written communication skillsIdeally, youll also have-Masters degree in a related discipline-Experience in Procurement, Logistics & Warehousing, Enterprise Asset Management, Lean/Six Sigma/other BPR methodologies-Certifications in Planning, Procurement, Logistics or Manufacturing or other areas of Supply Chain-Strong familiarity with supply chain SCOR model-Proficiency in using data analytics to assess and resolve Supply Chain problems-Energy industry or cross-sector experience-Fluency in English and Arabic-Willingness to locate in Bahrain, KSA or Jordan-Willingness to travel across the regionWhat we look forWere looking for people that are passionate supply chain consultants, at the top of their game, but who would like to continue to grow their subject matter expertise and help others around them achieve their potential.
